GeneralCommissioning me, it will be assumed that you have agreed on all my terms and conditions.I reserve the right to use my art for portfolio, social media, etc.Commisiond work cannot be used or sold as NFT nor can it be used in any association to AI art.Any sort of hateful/ criminal content is not allowed.Payments should be upfront. Clients can opt to pay 50% beforehand and 50% after commission is completed, if the commission request surpasses $60. Otherwise, full payment upfront is preferred.RevisionsOnly 2 major revisions are allowed after receiving the final sketch. Any other major revision after this stage will amount an additional charge.
Major revision includes change in pose or anything that affects the composition of the picture more than 30%.Deadlines + deliveryTurnaround time may take anywhere from 1 week to a month depending on the complexity. Rushed orders may amount to additional fees.Use & Intellectual RightsI do not allow my work to be used in any blockchain  related technology, which includes NFT, AI art, Cryptocurrency, or any future inventions.I reserve the right to use and/or post the finished art for portfolio, social media without any restrictions if I choose to do so. If the client doesn't want the finished art to be published, let me know.The client has the freedom to all personal use of their commission as long as I'm provided a proper credit.Personal usage pertains to using the art as profile, thumbnail, personal prints etc. as long as the intent is to not make profit of it.Any commission made for the intent to print commercially or for profit or to be used for advertising / merchandising is considered commerical, and will be charged an additional amount for commercial usage.
